Founder & Managing Director
Janet started Lease21 in 2003. Previously, Regional Sales Manager for Alliance & Leicester Fleet Services. 23 years’ experience in the automotive industry has seen Janet develop and grow Lease21 into one of the leading fleet management companies in the UK. A keen sportswoman with a passion for show jumping and good quality Chardonnay. Janet’s vision and philosophy is ‘keep it simple’ and do things extraordinarily well.
Neil Aldridge
Sales Director
Sales Director with a wealth of automotive experience having previously worked for large dealer groups, a major contract hire company and motor manufacturers. Never uses the word “busy”! Loves playing golf with his 3 sons and was a Gamesmaker at the London 2012 Olympics.
Denise Saunders
Administration and Marketing Manager
Denise joined the team in March 2014. Having spent 21 years at Hewlett Packard Denise is experienced in dealing with many administration challenges and providing a Best in Class Customer Experience has always been a priority. Denise enjoys gardening and grows many of her own vegetables. At weekends Denise spends many happy hours playing with her Grandsons.
Tony Ward
Regional Sales – Midlands
Tony grew up on a farm in Northamptonshire. After a few years farming and for a variety of reasons he got involved in Motor Racing with a world famous business, and spent many years racing various cars specialising in the development and testing of Racing Jaguars. Tony then accepted a post as Dealer principal with 3 Vauxhall Dealerships. Tony then became involved in Fleet Sales and now concentrates on a few key accounts giving him more family time and the opportunity to indulge his passion for Classic cars.
After many years playing Club Rugby and Squash for the County, Tony’s hobbies are classic cars, listening to classical music, snooker, watching rugby and dining out.
Tony has two sons, a long time partner Pam and a demanding cat!!
Steve Bradney
Regional Sales – South
Steve has spent most of his working life involved in the Motor Trade, initially as an apprentice Rolls Royce mechanic for several years however the lure of the showroom proved strong and he was soon involved in sales. Many happy years were spent with BMW, followed by trading independently and meeting some interesting characters along the way.
Outside of work Steve is generally on 2 wheels, powered or otherwise and enjoys squash, tennis and watching rugby and motorsport when allowed!
